Shashank is a forward-thinking technology leader with a proven track record spanning over two and half decades in the FinTech sector. As the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at HDFC Credila, he is deeply committed to developing impactful, user-centric digital solutions.

Before joining HDFC Credila, Shashank co-founded Upwardly, a fintech platform that democratized personal finance for millennials. Shashank has held key leadership positions at renowned global financial services institutions – Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, and ANZ, where he was instrumental in building multidisciplinary technology teams and enterprise-scale platforms. He has also worked with leading technology services and product firms, including TCS, Headstrong, and Oracle

Shashank holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His other interests include off-beat travel and dramatics. In his leisure time, Shashank enjoys music of all genres and non-fiction literature in equal measure. Shashank is the father of two teenage girls and husband to a lovely wife.
